Website identity
Crosby Lending is a proposed brand associated with Crosby Capital USA, not a separate legal lending entity or a confirmed registered trade name. The actual lender is identified in the loan documents.
Information we collect
Information you submit through our forms or by phone or email, such as your name, company, contact details, property address, valuation, loan request and deal notes. We also collect basic website data, such as pages visited, referring ad or campaign parameters (for example Google Ads click IDs and UTM tags), device and browser type, and cookies used for analytics and advertising measurement.
How we use it
To review and respond to your financing request, prepare indicative terms, contact you about your request, keep business records, measure and improve our website and advertising, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Loan inquiries are also processed by an AI service to prepare an internal summary for our team. Summaries can contain errors and do not determine loan approval; a person reviews the request.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business (hosting, email, analytics, advertising), with co-lenders and capital partners, appraisers, title companies and attorneys involved in evaluating or closing your loan, and when required by law.
Communications
Our forms request permission to call or email you about your financing inquiry, not to send automated marketing texts. You can ask us to stop contacting you by emailing us. You can also inquire directly by email rather than submitting a form.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and record-keeping requirements, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving marketing, by contacting us. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
Cookies and tracking
We and our advertising partners, including Google, use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to measure visits, understand which ads bring inquiries and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of many interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info. When you submit a form, we tell Google Ads that a lead came in so we can measure which ads work; we do not send your name, email or phone to Google. The Google Ads tag does not load for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, or when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Text messaging (SMS)
These website forms do not enroll you in an automated text-message or marketing program. Any future automated messaging program would require appropriate separate disclosures and consent before use.

Our services are offered to businesses and investors for commercial purposes. This website is not directed to children under 13.
